The University of Siena is trying to solve a system failure, therefore the online registration might not be available when you try to access.

2. If if does not work, please send the following form to cristinayepes@ieee.org.

NOTE 1: Payments will be done during the week of the ESoA course. Until the payment is not processed, we will not give the certificate of the course.

NOTE 2: Do not send any email to esoa5G@diism.unisi.it or cristina.yepes@unisi.it as due to the system failure we might not receive your email.

Note: if you are applying for a student grant please, do not pay for the course until you receive the notification of the grant award.

INFORMATION FOR THE GRANT AWARD
- The grant is configured as a reimbursement of the registration fee
- Grants can be given only to students of non-profit organizations
- Before May 3rd 2024, applicants must send by e-mail to the course organizers (esoa5G@diism.unisi.it and cristina.yepes@unisi.it) the complete application form (download file below), their CV and a recommendation letter form their supervising professor
- Participants will be notified within one week after the deadline.
